Web & Design Services

Thank you. Your retainer has been submitted.

FultonStudio will match the Square payment to your approved proposal, confirm that the project file is ready, and send the next project message.

Square Payment Return

Payment submitted through Square

Keep the receipt Square provides. That receipt is the official payment record; this return page does not display or independently verify private transaction details.

Next Steps

What happens next

The retainer reserves project time, but production starts only after the payment, signed scope, schedule, and required materials are confirmed.

01

Payment and proposal review

FultonStudio checks the Square payment against the accepted estimate, proposal, or invoice and confirms the remaining balance and billing schedule.

02

Project intake and access

You will be asked for the current website, domain and hosting details, brand files, content, images, analytics access, and the names of the people approving the work.

03

Kickoff and production schedule

Once the scope and materials are ready, FultonStudio confirms the kickoff date, milestones, review rounds, and the first decisions needed from your team.

04

Build, review, and launch

Work moves through the approved strategy, design, content, development, review, testing, and launch path described in the project agreement.

Preparation

Help the project move cleanly

  • Choose one primary decision-maker and one backup contact.
  • Gather logos, brand files, copy, photography, logins, and examples before kickoff.
  • Do not email passwords. Use the secure access method FultonStudio provides.
  • Combine team feedback into one clear response for each review round.
  • Flag legal, accessibility, privacy, hosting, or launch-date requirements early.

Service Agreement Summary

Web and design service terms summary

This summary is provided for convenience after payment. It is not a substitute for the signed proposal, estimate, statement of work, license, or service agreement. The project-specific signed documents control where terms differ.

Retainer and authorization

The retainer is applied to the approved scope and reserves production capacity. Refundability, cancellation, and rescheduling follow the signed proposal or invoice terms.

Start conditions and schedule

Work begins after cleared payment, an approved scope, required access, and usable content or source materials are received. Client delays may move delivery dates.

Scope and revisions

Only the work listed in the approved scope is included. Added pages, features, content, photography, integrations, or revision rounds may require a written change order and added fees.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for timely approvals, accurate business information, legal rights to supplied materials, and access to required accounts and platforms.

Third-party costs and systems

Hosting, domains, premium plugins, fonts, stock assets, software subscriptions, ad spend, payment processing, and outside services are separate unless specifically included.

Ownership and licenses

Rights to approved client-specific final deliverables transfer or are licensed as stated in the agreement after full payment. Pre-existing tools, code libraries, fonts, plugins, templates, and third-party assets keep their original licenses.

Performance and results

FultonStudio can improve structure, presentation, usability, content, and technical foundations, but cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, platform uptime, or business results.

Final payment and launch

Remaining balances are due according to the approved billing schedule. Launch, file release, ownership transfer, or final handoff may be held until all invoices are paid.
