Privacy Policy

FultonStudio respects your privacy. This page explains how information submitted through this website may be collected, used, stored, and protected.

Information We Collect

When you contact FultonStudio through a form, email link, phone inquiry, website review tool, snapshot audit, service request, or support request, we may collect information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, website URL, project details, budget range, timeline, current platform or CMS, affected page URLs, support issue details, browser or device notes, screenshot or file links, tool results, audit scores, recommendations, and other notes related to the request.

Website Snapshot Audit and Website Tools

When you run the Website Snapshot Audit, FultonStudio may collect the name, email address, and website URL entered into the tool, along with the automated audit result, score, platform clues, page findings, and related technical notes. This information may be saved as a service inquiry or lead so FultonStudio can review the website snapshot and follow up. Other website tools, such as the Health Check and Rebuild vs. Fix-Up Quiz, may collect tool responses, scores, recommendations, and submitted website or request details when they are sent through a request form.

Automated scans may be limited by firewalls, login screens, JavaScript-rendered content, redirects, blocked requests, robots rules, or platform security settings. A scan result is a technical snapshot, not a complete human review.

Support Requests

Support request forms may collect details about website problems, content updates, broken forms, platform issues, affected pages, access status, desired fixes, when the issue started, whether the issue can be reproduced, and links to screenshots or screen recordings. Please do not submit passwords, private login codes, payment information, or sensitive personal information through public forms.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, review website problems, discuss projects, schedule calls, prepare estimates, provide support, improve website communication, maintain basic business records, and follow up on requested services. Form submissions, snapshot audit inquiries, and support requests may be saved in the website database and may also be sent by email to FultonStudio and to the person submitting the form as a confirmation.

Security and Spam Protection

This website may use Cloudflare Turnstile, nonce checks, honeypot fields, rate limiting, and related security tools to reduce spam, protect forms, and help distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. These tools may process technical information such as browser or request signals as part of bot detection and site security.

Analytics, Cookies, and Site Logs

This site may use basic analytics, cookies, server logs, caching, performance, and security tools to understand site use, protect the site, improve loading, maintain HTTPS security, and troubleshoot issues.

Sharing of Information

FultonStudio does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when needed to respond to a request, provide website support, work with service providers such as hosting, email, security, analytics, or form-protection tools, comply with legal obligations, or protect the website and business.

Data Storage and Retention

Form submissions, snapshot audit inquiries, and support requests may be stored in the WordPress database and related email systems for business follow-up, recordkeeping, and support history. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was submitted, business records, security, or legal requirements.

Your Choices

You may contact FultonStudio to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to reasonable business, legal, and security needs.
